General Information
Description of ServiceSummit Oaks Hospital’s IOP meet the therapeutic and scheduling needs of each client. We provide group therapy and medication monitoring in a less restrictive, flexible environment so patients who need to maintain work schedules, care for children or attend school, can.

Services include group therapy, psycho education, family program, alumni group, coordination of care, and referrals upon discharge.

Although each client is required to participate at least three times a week, frequency beyond 3 days is available for patients’ who need additional support. Patients frequently participate in our IOP for step down services from acute inpatient psychiatric, chemical dependency program or from a partial hospital program.

All of our care providers are master’s level clinicians, licensed certified addiction counselors, licensed professional counselors or licensed clinical social workers.
Intake ProcedureCall 24 hours a day, 7 days for a free, confidential assessment. Necessary documents will be reviewed with the caller at the point of scheduling an appointment.

Fee AmountsSummit Oaks accepts Medicare, Medicaid, most HMO, PPO and indemnity insurances, and private payment. We work directly with insurers on single case contracts. If you have in-network insurance questions, please call today.
