MFHS provides free cancer screening services to women who meet the following eligibility requirements:Mammograms for women ages 40-64. Women under 40 who meet eligibility requirements may also qualify.Pap tests for women ages 21-64 (once every 3 years). Women under 21 or over 64 who meet eligibility requirements may also qualify.Pap + HPV test for women 30-64 (once every 5 years)No or limited insuranceor an insurance with a high deductibleLow to moderate incomeSee income eligibility chart belowTransgender women who have taken or are taking hormones are eligible. Transgender men are eligible if they still have breasts and/or a cervix. Income and other eligibility requirements remain in effect.
