General Information
Description of ServiceA federally funded program which operates 24 hours per day, every day of the year. Provides crisis intervention, emergency shelter, transportation, counseling, referrals and advocacy services to runaway and homeless youth and their families. The program serves all of Luzerne County, as well as those youth who find themselves in Luzerne County while they are “on the run”. Referrals can come from anyone who comes in contact with a youth who is in the need of runaway services, including the youths themselves.
