The James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center in Altoona, PA provides medical services to veterans in 14 counties.
In addition to our main facility in Altoona, we offer services in three community based outpatient clinics. A Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is a VA-operated clinic or a VA-funded or reimbursed health care facility or site that is geographically distinct or separate from the parent medical facility.
