Data Provided By PA211 General Information Description of Service The Camp Challenge Summer Program inspires, develops and educates youth through supervised sports, education, art, fieldtrips, health, and recreation activities and encourages underprivileged youth to set higher goals for themselves. During the hours of 9am to 4pm the youth in grades k-11th are exposed to several daily activities. This is the only summer camp program offered in Washington Pa.
