Description of ServiceEaster Seals Western and Central Pennsylvania is proud to offer various recreational programs for children and adults with disabilities or other special needs. The programs vary from camping to t-ball to horseback riding to swimming. Each program is design to give children and adults with disabilities the chance to learn, play and improve their quality of life!
