General Information
Description of Service
Provide training on work skills and habits as well as helping clients achieve their individual goals. Clients in both the facility and community sites have job coaches supervising their work and monitoring quality and production levels. Job coaches offer support, teach skills, work on individual goals with a client and work on teaching new skills. The theme of the programs is to "Teach work with work."
