Staying connected is an interfaith volunteer program that supports seniors striving to live independently. Services include:
Escorted transportation for medical appointments and other essential trips
Grocery shopping, banking
Advocacy and referrals to community agencies
Unbiased medical counseling in conjunction with the County's APPRISE program.

YORK CITY, YORK SUBURBAN, CENTRAL YORK, AND DALLASTOWN AREA SCHOOL DISTRICTS
60 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN YORK CITY, YORK SUBURBAN, DALLASTOWN AREA OR CENTRAL YORK SCHOOL DISTRICTS. THOSE NEEDING TRANSPORTATION MUST BE ABLE TO WALK WITH A CANE OR WALKER (OR UNAIDED)
