Description of Service
VisionCorps Vision Center consists of four services.
•First, clients can receive a comprehensive examination by an ophthalmologist or optometrist. She will discuss what low vision aids are available. Contact Leora Wiest at 717-848-1690.
•Second, VisionCorps has Occupational Therapy services available. Contact Jennifer Zack at 717-848-1690, ext. 105.
•The third service provided by VisionCorps is Orientation & Mobility training. Contact Jennifer Zack at 717-848-1690, ext. 105.
•The fourth service is the demonstration, evaluation and sale of Closed Circuit Television Systems, also known as CCTVs. Access Technology services/training is available. Contact Tony Heath at 717-848-1690, ext. 114.
• Please, remember we provide comprehensive client support services: Access Technology, Talking Book Program, Public Education, Low Vision Rehabilitation, Low Vision Services, Preschool Screening and Remedial Eye Care.
Also provides Social Services, including transportation to medical appointments and essential community errands; and in-home support services.
