Provides prevention and intervention services.
-Public Information Center on Drug Prevention: State-of-the-art information and resources on alcohol/tobacco and other drugs, DVD's, videos and CDs, pamphlets and other literature. Free of charge. Funded by Northampton County Office of Drug and Alcohol.
- S.A.D.D. Chapters Advisory Board: A group of Lehigh Valley high school and middle school students and their advisors who meet on a monthly basis to share idea and projects about alcohol/tobacco and other drug use awareness and prevention. Activities include Red Ribbon Week, Healthy Living Expo, an Annual Conference and a Fun Fair. No fees. Funded by Northampton/Lehigh County Offices of Drug an Alcohol and foundation gifts.
- Digest Newsletter: A publication which provides up-to-date information on a variety of alcohol and other drug prevention issues. Prevention and Intervention Newsletter (P.I.N.) is a bi-annual (fall and spring) mailing of current information on Valley Youth House prevention programs. No fees. Funded by Northampton/Lehigh County Offices of Drug and Alcohol and foundation gifts.
- Educational Speaking: A component of service in which trained speakers present programs tailored to school and community groups on subject such as: alcoholism, sports and drugs, medical aspects of alcohol/other drug use, family issues, pharmacology and binge drinking. No fees. Funded by Northampton County Offices of Drug and Alcohol
