Description of ServiceNOT A ONE-TIME EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (i.e., to avoid eviction).

Provide long-term financial assistance (rental and emergency) for program participants only. Enrollment in Bridge of Hope program generally spans from 12 months to 2 years.

Permanent housing including rental assistance; Case management for housing, job training and education, financial, physical, emotional, social and spiritual health; Match with a mentoring group for social and emotional support; Goal is to become self-sufficient.
