Description of Service
When disabled consumer's back-up attendant is not available and it is after hours (4:30 pm) or on the weekend, supervisors are on call. Attendants provided through Home Care Companions (HCC), Kelly Assisted Living, Capital Nursing and Supported Services, and United Professional Agency.
