Immunization services: HHC offers infant, child, adolescent, and adult recommended immunizations. Immunizations help protect against diseases and are one of the most important ways that people can protect themselves and their loved ones against serious diseases. Children birth through 18 years of age may be eligible for free childhood immunizations through the Vaccines For Children Program. This program offers recommended immunizations for children who are on CHIP, have no other insurance, or have no immunization benefits on their health insurance plan. Those with private insurance that fully covers immunization services are not eligible for the Vaccines For Children Program. Please bring your Immunization Record Booklet to every clinic visit to ensure the record is complete and up-to-date.
