General Information
Description of Service
$20 Vouchers to buy state-grown fruits and vegetables at local farmers' markets.
Vouchers are offered on a one-time only per summer basis. First Come, First Serve
Program runs from June 1st to September 30th. Contact your local senior center for distribution days.

Telephone, walk-in; Those unable to travel to the distribution site can obtain vouchers through a proxy with a singed form and photo id of the individual (call in advance for form)
Documents Required
Driver's License or photo identification for proof of age residency
