Description of Service
Provides free legal services to low-income individual in civil matters. Do not handle criminal cases. Services include legal advice, negotiations and/or representation before administrative agencies and in court.
Areas of Law: Domestic Violence, Public Benefits, Consumer Law, Family Law, Expungements, Tax Controversy, Housing.
This list is not all inclusive. Individuals should contact their local MidPenn Office to check on the services provided.
