Description of Service
Able to serve families who are homeless or on the verge of being homeless. Assists individuals/families with maintaining their home in the face of possible homelessness through a rental match program, budgeting help and help working with landlords. Program provides case management as well as the following classes:
Cooking with Children
Keys to Good Tenancy
Referrals accepted from coordinated entry, local social services, and self-referrals.
Initial phone screening; in-person interview with case manager; 24-hour wait once accepted.
Must look for work, housing, and participate in self sufficiency program/case management.
Families must have a child under the age of 18, no active drug and alcohol issues, no active domestic violence issues, no current criminal activity and no serious untreated mental health issues.
Hours of Operation
Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm
