Description of Service
Provide assessments for those dealing with drug, alcohol, and tobacco abuse problems; linkage with support services; and referrals for treatment. Contracted services include: outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient counseling, partial hospitalization, halfway house, inpatient, non-hospital detoxification and rehabilitation, hospital-based detoxification and rehabilitation, and methadone maintenance.

Referrals are accepted in-house and from outside agencies. Individuals come in to fill out screening paperwork. A case manager meets with them briefly and schedules them to come back for the assessment, unless an emergency admission is needed.
Proof of residency. Complete screening paperwork. No income criteria.
Domain areas of need:education/vocation, employment, physical health, emotional/mental health, family/social, housing, legl status, life skills and basic needs (e.g. food, clothing, transportation).
