	Description of Program	Chariots of Hope, a nonprofit organization, has been established for the purpose of collecting used wheelchairs. The donated wheelchairs are then repaired and distributed, at no cost to the recipient, to those in need. Visit their website to request or donate a wheelchair.

Client Information
	Eligibility	Disabled and disadvantaged individuals in need of a means of mobility. There is an application process to help Chariots determine the type of chair needed, the location of need and availability of shipping to that area. Chariots looks to churches and community organizations, as well as individuals, for referrals.
