Description of Program
Board-certified pain medicine specialist works with the patient's established medical team to create a therapy program tailored to the patient's specific situation, with the end goal of ending chronic pain from injury or illness. Chronic pain is pain that has lasted for three to six months or longer, that has not responded to medicine or other conventional therapies.

Doctor must send medical records and X-ray reports prior to the first visit.
Patients must have a family (primary care) doctor, who becomes a partner with the pain management specialist in your treatment.
