Description of Program
A monthly support group session facilitated by a case-worker from Auberle where the grandparents:
-- Share with the group their needs, concerns,
issues, etc.
-- Receive educational presentations on
topics of importance to the grandparents.
-- Learn where to go for services/assistance.
-- Receive and give support to one another.
* Follow-up by the case-worker, as needed.
* Days of respite care in the Spring and Fall
