General Information
Description of ProgramAn education program for 9th grade socioeconomically disadvantaged students in the School District of Lancaster. Participants must attend assigned workshops in middle school and throughout their two years at McCaskey High School. They must follow the prescribed academic curriculum and graduate from McCaskey with at least a 2.5 GPA in academic course work. Upon completion of the program, they may be admitted to Millersville University. Whatever tuition, room and board costs that are not covered by grants and scholarship funds will be provided by the LPP. After graduation from McCaskey High School and admission to Millersville University, summer job opportunities, internships and guaranteed job interviews are provided as part of the LPP program.
