Description of ProgramAdult Education
English-as-a-Second-Language classes are available days at HAO office and evenings at 136 S. 4th Street in Allentown. No fees for low income individuals. Call for schedule.

Advocacy/Information/Rights Protection
Provides information and referral service aimed at Hispanic community.

Provides assistance completing application forms for government programs. Also assists non-English speakers with interpretation/translation.

Behavioral Health
Family Counseling Clinic offers bilingual individual and family counseling. Must meet income guidelines.

Children/Youth Services
Los Ninos Program offers state licensed, bilingual childcare services for children aged 6 weeks on up. Open Mon - Fri, 6am-6pm. Meals are provided. Fees apply - accepts welfare, Title 20 and private pay.

HAO partners with and was a founding sponsor of the Roberto Clemente Charter School for students in grades 6 through 12.

Nutrition Program provides information on nutrition and assistance with applying for food stamps.

Housing Assistance
Housing Case Management Services helps low income families find affordable housing with housing referrals and counseling on budgeting and tenancy readiness. Limited funds available for rental assistance on a case by case basis.
