Description of ProgramDevelops and implements programs that address individual and systemic racism and gender inequity. Directs the development and integration of the Association’s programs and initiatives around gender, race and social issues. Serves as the Association’s lead for advocacy, research, diversity and inclusion events and educational programs, including but not limited to the following: Racial Justice Awards, International Women’s Day, The Stand Against Racism, Dr. Helen S. Faison Racial Justice Essay Contest, Week Without Violence, Diversity and Inclusion Training Programs, Featured Special Guest Speakers, YWCA Advocacy Efforts.
