Description of Program
Provides legal representation for low-income residents of Allegheny County who are going through relatively simple divorces. Applicants must have been living separate and apart from their spouses for at least one year unless a victim of domestic violence-and must know the whereabouts of their spouses. Spouses must be willing to cooperate by accepting service of divorce papers.
Walk-in taken during intake hours, must have photo ID and proof of income.
Proof of eligibility.
Individuals on cash assistance, food stamps, SSI, or Medical Assistance.
