General Information
Description of ProgramProvides legal representation for low-income residents of Allegheny County who are going through relatively simple divorces. Applicants must have been living separate and apart from their spouses for at least one year unless a victim of domestic violence-and must know the whereabouts of their spouses. Spouses must be willing to cooperate by accepting service of divorce papers.
