Description of Agency
CareGivers America is a locally owned and operated home care company offering a full range of in-home services for seniors, pediatric patients, and those with disabilities.
"We are committed to our employees, our clients, and the health care industry. We consider it our main responsibility to assist our clients in navigating through the many options available through community resources and organizations such as ours. We seek to improve the quality of our clients lives through dependable, caring service which protects their dignity and sense of worth. We further commit ourselves to assist the families of seniors who struggle with the complex responsibilities of caring for their loved ones."
Caregivers America began as a non-medical home care company in 2002 when owners Paul and Lisa Bartoletti based their business model on the needs of their own aging parents. The first official office was located in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania where the headquarters resides today. By 2005, CGA entered into the medical staffing industry. In 2007, CGA branched into the medical home health model as they saw an increasing need for RN and therapy services among their home-bound consumers. In 2008, CGA opened its doors to its new medical supply business. Most recently, CGA opened its home-based hospice agency providing palliative and end of life care to consumers of all ages.
