POWER, which stands for Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Early Recovery, provides treatment and support services to women with substance use and co-occurring disorders. POWER offers four programs: Intake and Referral, Mentoring/Peer Support, Residential Halfway House, and Outpatient Services including IOP and individual counseling. Intake and Mentoring services are available for men as well.
